A mechanical engineer by profession, now retired, enjoys sculpting as a hobby.
It allows me to combine the little bit of creativity that shows up every once in a while with the little bit of mechanical aptitude that always seems to be present.  Working with different mediums makes the whole process that much more interesting, learning new things along the way.
